Gifts are entrusted for others.
What are spiritual gifts?
Spiritual gifts are ways the Holy Spirit equips believers to serve others and strengthen the body of Christ. They are invitations to faithful stewardship, not personality labels or a measure of spiritual worth.
How can I recognize my gifts?
Use these pages to notice possible patterns, explore Scripture, and begin conversations with people who know you. An assessment score is a starting point for discernment, not a definitive declaration of calling.
Where does the Bible teach about spiritual gifts?
Romans 12:3–8, 1 Corinthians 12–14, Ephesians 4:11–16, and 1 Peter 4:10–11 describe varied gifts serving one body. Read each passage in context: humility, love, mutual dependence, and service shape the way gifts are used. Christian traditions differ on some gifts and their expression today.
How do similar gifts differ?
Word of Knowledge emphasizes Spirit-enabled insight or understanding relevant to a situation. Word of Wisdom helps recognize a faithful path in response. Scripture names both gifts without giving a complete technical account of how they operate, so discernment and humility matter.
Service responds to practical needs. Helps emphasizes coming alongside someone else’s work so they can carry it faithfully. Their expressions often overlap; gifts can work together rather than fit into separate boxes.
